Each stick contains:

• Probiotic Blend 3 Billion CFU*
• Providing:
• Bifidobacterium longum (R0175) 3.18 x 108 CFU
• Lactobacillus helveticus (R0052) 2.682 x 109 CFU

Directions:

Adults and children 3 years and older: Take 1 powder stick daily with a meal. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after taking antibiotics. Simply tear open, pour stick contents directly on your tongue, allowing powder to dissolve and swallow. Do not mix with water. Store between 15°C and 25°C.

Warning:
