MegaFood Multi for Men 55+ is formulated specifically for men over the age of 55 who want a multi without iron, iodine or vitamin K (for those required to avoid these nutrients) that supports their optimal health and wellbeing.
These tablets can taken on an empty stomach, any time of the day and are crafted with a host of supportive FoodState Nutrients, including 1000 IU (25 mcg) of vitamin D to support healthy bones, choline for healthy memory and cognitive function, pumpkin seed and green tea extract, and zinc for healthy prostate function.
Recommended Dosage: Adults, take 1 tablet daily with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or other natural health products.
